Senior Deadline Information
Seniors can be involved in the yearbook in two important ways: senior pictures and senior ads.
Due dates to keep in mind:
- Senior pictures: Must be submitted by Oct. 10, 2025
- Senior ads: November 9, 2025

Preferred Photographers
These preferred photographers come highly recommended by the community and offer incredible services for students to get their portraits taken. Browse this page and pick a photographer that works best for your style, budget and schedule. 2025-26 senior photos are due on October 10th at midnight.

Senior Baby Ads
Senior baby ads are due Nov. 13 for best pricing.
Students and parents of seniors, we are excited to carry on another year of the wonderful tradition of allowing parents and students to buy ad space in our yearbook. This year, families of seniors (or students themselves) have the opportunity to buy anywhere from an eighth-page ad to an entire page to custom-design for their senior student.
Ad creation
Sign in to Jostens to customize and purchase your ad. It's never been easier! Jostens also has ad creation specialists available to help Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. They can be reached at 800-358-0800.
Please use care when typing and submitting your message; the yearbook staff is not responsible for errors in your submitted message. We do reserve the right to exclude ads or to edit messages as we see fit. Staff will avoid this when possible.
Contact the Yearbook Advisor with questions or issues submitting photos, message or payment.
Some parents have reported submission issues while using specific web browsers. If you have this type of issue, try using a different web browser to submit your ad before contacting the yearbook adviser.
Senior Portraits
Note: If you do not submit a photo to the school, then your name and image may not appear in the portraits section of the yearbook. If you need your photo taken for a lower cost, see the Yearbook Advisor for more information.
Class of 2025, to submit your senior picture, simply follow the directions below. Don’t forget: submissions are due by October 10.
- Get started at Jostens
- Select your role (parent, guardian, student, photographer).
- Enter YOUR first and last name.
- Enter your email. We will use this if there is an issue with your photo.
- Click "Continue to Verify"
- You will receive a verification code in your email.
- Once you have verified, attach your photo and "tag" your student by adding their first and last name.
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- Senior portraits are due by October 10th
- If you do not submit a protrait, your student's photo may appear as their school photo in the yearbook.

Join Yearbook
Yearbook is a yearlong class in charge of documenting a year in the life of a Chatfield Charger. Each yearbook staff member photographs, designs, interviews, and records the stories of their fellow Chargers to ensure that each unique year is captured in a beautiful final product.
Yearbook is always in need of positive, hardworking additions to the staff. Consider your passion for writing, photography, design, or simply being a good team member. If you love any of these things, or if you just want to be part of a community that works hard to tell the stories of others, you might be a good fit for the CHS yearbook staff.
