ChromebookIf you are having trouble connecting to your Chromebook or other device at home through your @jeffcoschools.us account, here is some helpful information.

First, follow the steps in this document to connect a Chromebook or non-Apple device at home. Or follow these steps to connect an Apple product (iOS). You may have to log into a device other than your Chromebook with a normal gmail or password rather than your '@jeffcoschools.us' in order to see the instructions. Also, be sure you are NOT using the power button to 'shut down'. Please choose shut down from the Chrome browser instead and restart the machine.

Read this document to learn how the Chrome browser is filtered at home, if students are logged into their Jeffco Google Domain account (@jeffcoschools.us) and how to disconnect from that account if you would prefer the filtering off.
