Second Chance

Second Chance is a credit recovery program that provides students who fail a class the opportunity to meet the standards required for a passing grade in a more timely manner.

In order to be eligible for Second Chance, a student must have 

  • received a failing grade between 55%-59% (mixed scale failure by teacher discretion)
  • no more than ten absences during the semester in the course
  • no serious disciplinary issues

January 2017 Session

Students who failed a fall 2016 course may make up credit in January of 2017. 

The session will run January 17,18,19, 24, 25, 26 from 2:40-4:00 pm each day.  

The application and course fee is due in the financial aid office on Thursday, January 12th by 2:30. 

Parents may pay by credit card by calling the financial office at 303-982-7889

 Students will meet in the CSH library on the first day.
